As somebody who experienced firsthand the challenges a woman faces in this field, I’m committed to breaking those barriers, creating opportunities and proving that success in construction has no gender.
ROSAIX gave birth to The BuildHER Network, a safe place to build the best version of ourselves. I believe ROSAIX can be more than a construction service – it can be an impact.
