Any identified issues or deficiencies are documented, and the contractor is required to address them in line with the warranty terms outlined in the contract.

5 YEAR REVIEW

A 5-year review is conducted within the warranty period to identify any long-term issues, such as structural stability, cracking, moisture problems, or foundation damage. Similar to the 1-year review, any deficiencies or errors found are documented, and the contractor is responsible for correcting them in accordance with the warranty terms.
