There’s a special energy that comes with attending a major industry conference — but nothing quite compares to doing it for the first time as a business owner.
Recently, we had the incredible opportunity to attend LOOP Forum 2025 in Copenhagen, at Lokomotivværkstedet — a dynamic event focused on the future of circularity. Even more exciting, we were there representing not just our company, ROSAIX, but also carrying the spirit of The *BuildHer Network community with us.

A woman in the construction, architecture, and built environment industries who is committed to breaking barriers, advocating for sustainability, leading with innovation, and supporting the empowerment of other women in the field. A BuildHer is a leader, collaborator, and change-maker focused on creating a more inclusive, sustainable future in construction.Example Sentence:
“As a BuildHer, she is not only shaping the future of construction, but also inspiring other women to take leadership roles in the industry.”
Heading into the conference, our goals were clear:
There’s something truly empowering about walking into a room, not just as a participant, but as a business owner — and as part of a movement to bring more women’s voices to the table.
The event buzzed with energy from the moment we arrived. It was clear that sustainability isn’t just a trend — it’s becoming the heartbeat of our industry.
Some key themes that stood out:
A highlight was hearing Mogens Lykketoft, Former President of the United Nations, discuss what will it take for thriving in a sustainable future, sparking so many ideas about how smaller firms like ours can punch above our weight in sustainability efforts. Additionally, insufficient sustainability as long as we don’t act up as a society.
Shoutout to the fantastic organizers — every session felt thoughtfully curated and future-focused!
Here are the organizations we had the opportunity to connect with during the festival:
Representing ROSAIX at a conference like this was more than just promoting a brand — it was about showing up for every BuildHer who’s working toward leadership in construction.
Each introduction, each conversation was a chance to break a little more ground — not just for us, but for the women who will come after.
The BuildHer Network is all about creating spaces where women feel empowered to lead, innovate, and inspire. This experience reinforced how important that mission is.
Here are a few lessons we’re bringing home to our network:
It's not an "extra," it's core to future success.
The most impactful conversations started with real, human stories.
You don’t have to be a giant corporation to drive change.
Showing up as you are makes a bigger impact than you think.
Knowing I was representing the BuildHer spirit gave me even more confidence.
This conference lit a fire under our commitment at ROSAIX to push even harder for sustainability-led solutions.
And for The BuildHer Network, it’s a reminder that we need to be visible, vocal, and visionary at every table — from boardrooms to building sites.
A heartfelt thank you to LOOP Team for creating such a powerful space for conversation and innovation. The future is bright — and it’s being built by hands like ours.
At ROSAIX and The BuildHer Network, we’re not just here to point out problems. We’re here to build better—fairer, smarter, and with women at the helm. If you’re passionate about sustainable construction, leadership, or changing the future of our industry — let’s connect!
Let’s keep building together.
With gratitude & ambition,
